Returns

You can return your items within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your capsules must be in the original packaging. We will refund:

  • Any number of returned unused pack.

  • Up to one OPENED pack.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong item received.

We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake. This is not common, and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 30 days from the day on which you received the item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hhsupplements.com.

Item not received.

We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not common, and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 21 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
